We believe wholeheartedly in providing a wonderful wedding for every couple who choose to be married at Pecan Springs Ranch. For that reason, we take very seriously who we choose to call friends and preferred vendors, because the people working on your wedding, will be the reason for its smooth, success. We do not receive any payment for having a vendor on our list! Below are our absolute favorite folks to work with. Remember to tell the vendor you are at PSR, some of them will offer a discount or incentive for being a client at PSR.
Please remember if you do not choose a caterer who is on our list you must get them approved by PSR. All caterers not on our list they must be paired with one of our preferred staffing companies and if a preferred caterer does not offer full service staffing they must be paired with a preferred staffing company. Please refer to your contract on the last page for requirements with catering. FS after a caterer means they provide full service

Point of Contact and Wedding Day Questionnaire
Each couple will be assigned a point of contact, if you do not know who it is please email us at info@pecanspringsranch.com and we will get the information for you.
We want to make sure we have all of the information we need to make your special day perfect in every way possible. Please fill out our questionnaire at least 30 days prior to your wedding it can be found on Honey Book and we can send it to you also through Honey Book. We will also do a CAD layout for your event, just send us an email and we will get the info we need to send it over to you.

Rentals
Pecan Springs Ranch has many vintage decor items available for rent. Please take a look and let us know if any of the items tickle your fancy! Contact Brittany at brittany@pecanspringsranch.com for more information. Prices in the below section are a one-time fee for the whole event.
Please remember that we are not a decor rental company, we just want our booked brides to have the ability to rent some items that they would enjoy at good pricing. That way you don’t have to say “What am I going to do with 200 mason jars?” There are wonderful rental companies we refer, they are on our list and we love love having them out!
*If a rental item is damaged or broken and you rented it, we will try and replace it right away, but sometimes time does not allow for that and we will refund the amount for the item to you.

Pecan Springs Ranch "Drink" Donkeys
When you book Pecan Springs Ranch, we offer our venue “drink” donkeys, Opie and Sassy! They are available for 1 hours at your wedding to serve water, beer, or whatever beverage you would like. There will be a handler with Sassy & Opie to assist your guest in taking photos with them and they will assist your photographer in taking a photo with the bride and the groom. They are $600.00 for 1 hour and you have your choice of costume for them. Opie and Sassy are exclusive to PSR!
