This was a beautiful wedding held in May at Pecan Springs Ranch. Adam Grumbo did the film and as you watch it you will see how fantastic this wedding was.
Paige and Matt, the bride and groom, wanted to incorporate a lot of personal items, so the floral was done by Paige who owns Pure Love Style, a floral and coordinating company and by Kari Shelton of The Flower Girl. Even though Paige was the bride that day, the two collaborated on the floral. Paige did hand over the coordinating reins that day to her associate Brittany Sandahl. Obviously floral was a big part of the wedding as you will see in this video. The beautiful arch was found at Round Top and is from Belgium and the chandelier is called a wedding cake chandelier. La Tavola provided the linens.
There were food trucks, Peached Tortilla, Dock N Roll, Slab BBQ, Uncle Louie G’s and the airstream photo booth to give it a true “Austin feel”. There was a wonderful Blue Grass Duo, the Fog and Bone Band that played during cocktail hour. All the vendors were fantastic. Amy of Al Gawlik Photography and Sarah of Sarah Goss Photography were the photographers and we will be sharing their photos soon on the website, they are two extremely talented photographers and we love having them both at Pecan Springs Ranch. The Pecan Springs Ranch beer donkeys made their first appearance at the wedding. They have since been invited to several PSR weddings and many to come. The donkeys only go to weddings at Pecan Springs Ranch.
Desserts are a big part of family gatherings for Paige and Matt, so Paige had her grandmother make 20 pecan pies, which were wonderful. Judy Lee with Simon Lee did a fantastic job with cakes that are beautiful and taste good!
The reception had Ross with Look No Further Entertainment as the DJ and then Paige had a surprise for her guests with a confetti cannon provided by Big Dog Pyro. Which was a huge hit. Paige and Matt left to a sparkler getaway in a vintage truck owned by one of the photographers, Amy Scarborough. Then as a surprise for Paige and Matt as they were driving off, fireworks were already in place and set off by remote control by Big Dog Pyro, it could not have been a more fitting end to a beautiful wedding.
